Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Brand Management
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Handle press releases, media inquiries, and PR events to enhance brand reputation.
- Secure media coverage in magazines, newspapers, TV, and digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align PR campaigns with promotional efforts.
- Manage and respond to customer feedback, online reviews, and brand reputation.
- Oversee content creation for PR campaigns, social media, and community engagement.
Operations & Outlet Management
- Oversee the daily operations of all outlets to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure all outlets maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and food quality.
- Work closely with outlet managers to solve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Develop SOPs for customer service, complaint handling, and crisis management.
- Monitor staff performance and customer satisfaction levels to improve overall service.
Public Engagement & Community Relations
- Organize PR events, influencer meetups, and community initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
- Represent Gula Cakery at industry events, media interviews, and public functions.
Crisis Management & Internal Communications
- Handle public relations crises by implementing quick and effective communication strategies.
- Train internal teams on brand representation, media interaction, and customer handling.
- Ensure all employees understand and uphold Gula Cakery’s brand values and mission.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PR, operations management, or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of media relations, customer service, and outlet management.
